Service: Counter service. Casual, efficient and accommodating. Order from the counter and pay afterwards, with self serve beverage cooler.

Food: Very good Montreal smoked meat sandwich, but unfortunately no rye as per standard. Poutine was more of a quantity than quality side dish – all ingredients were plentiful but the gravy was far from a typical St Hubert sauce.

Value: $30 included a sandwich, poutine and a coke. They did have daily specials for $13 that included a feature sandwich and fries. For authentic Montreal smoke meat sandwiches, the price seemed reasonable.

Overall: Owner operated which is always nice. If you’re in the mood for a casual sandwich, this is worth a stop.
